If you’ve purchased a ring in its ‘STANDARD SIZE’ the first sizing is free. Simply pop into one of our stores or send the unworn jewellery back to us with the completed sizing form. We will adjust it to fit you perfectly and send it back to you with no charge for return postage.
If your loved one guessed your size, or the item has been worn, there is a charge for subsequent sizing starting from £20/$30USD. Please click HERE to pay for an additional resize and for more information on pricing.

Please email email@example.com and request a returns form before sending items back to us. For online purchases, you must return items to our head office in London or Los Angeles store (if you are in the US.) Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org before doing so.
When returning items outside of the EU, if possible please ship using DHL and mark the shipment as a temporary return / repair.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on jewellery with any signs of wear or scratches and will only accept items back in perfect condition. We are unable accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We strongly recommend that all items are sent using a recorded delivery service as we can assume no responsibility for lost items. As we are a small team and anticipate to be extremely busy in the New Year, please allow up to 28 days for resizing.
Please note that our London workshop will be able to take on repairs after 1st March 2018.
