Hand carved in our London basement in the mid 80s our Small Wolf Ring has stood the test of time, being one of our oldest and most classic designs and is one of the most popular rings in our collection.
As seen numerous times on the front cover of Vogue, the Small Wolf Ring was inspired by an appetite for freedom and the old “lone wolf” biker symbolism. We later carved a larger version – the Large Wolf Ring and adapted both pieces into pendants as worn by James Hetfield from Metallica.
Our designs are carved by hand in our London store’s basement from wax, a mould is made and then cast in the finest precious metals such as 925 Sterling Silver, Yellow Gold, Rose Gold or Platinum (upon request.)
As each of our pieces are handmade by us in store, so often we customise the design slightly by adding stones in the eyes or gold plating certain features of the ring to give in a more personalised touch. The Small and Large Wolf rings are sometimes chosen by our customers as wedding rings, symbolising a wolf pack.
At their origins, Spirit Animals or totems, have been symbolic guides of our unconscious minds to journeys of self-discovery. The wolf totem is a reminder to keep your spirit alive and trust your instincts to find the way that will best suit you.
