As our jewellery is lovingly handcrafted in store by our small team, please be aware that the last day for guaranteed delivery for Christmas is Tuesday 5th of December.
If you want to buy a ring as a gift, we strongly recommend that you chose the STANDARD SIZE and either bring the ring back to one of our stores or return it by post in the new year to have it resized free of charge. We will automatically send you a free ring sizer with your purchase.
If you wish to guess your loved one’s size and it turns out you’ve got shocking investigation skills, we are still able to resize the piece but there will be an additional cost involved.
If you are wanting to purchase a ring with a stone, please be aware that due to the risk of breaking the stone they cannot be resized. Conversely, we can offer you an exchange. This will be the same style of ring and stone, just an entire new piece in your correct size.
Due to a high volume of resizing in January and February, regrettably we are unable to take on repairs during this time and resizing Christmas purchases can take 3-4 weeks.
