The second in the TGF x Iron Maiden official collaboration is Piece of Mind Eddie. We decided to honour the forth studio album from Iron Maiden as it’s one of the most well known and identifiable images of Eddie, it’s an iconic album cover that is probably one of the most recognised Iron Maiden records (it’s pretty deranged too which is always fun).
As with Powerslave Eddie, it’s been a tricky one to make as the process of carving a 2d image into a block of wax and transitioning this into a 3d object involves a little imagination and a lot of skill, but we (and the band) think it’s turned out well!
