An Update on COVID-19 and TGF

Both our London stores along with our stores in Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans and Tokyo are currently closed until further notice during the COVID-19 pandemic.
However we are able to remain operational online whilst upholding our social responsibly and ensuring the safety of our employees.
If you are based in America we recommend contacting stores directly as they are still able to post out with existing stock they have and shipping will be considerably less than coming from the UK. Please note if they don’t have something in stock you will have to place an order from the UK via the website.

All other orders will need to be placed through our website. We are unable to take payments over the phone in London.
Making Your TGF Jewellery Responsibly During The COVID-19 Pandemic
Our London workshops were closed on Friday 20th March. However we are remaining operational by delivering orders to some of our at-home jewellers all over London by motorbike.
Our jewellers are able to prepare, assemble and size rings on their home benches. Once they have reached this stage, they will be collected again by motorbike and delivered to Reino who will polish all items using the polishing machine.
After polishing, Reino will blast each item under the steamer and put into a small sterile plastic bag immediately. It will be then wrapped in the usual TGF packaging and delivered to you via DHL.
Please note, regardless of COVID-19, our jewellers follow health and safety rules by wearing industrial respiratory masks and nitrite latex gloves whilst making your jewellery.
We are unable to accept returns or offer a resizing or a polishing service for the foreseeable. Please do not send back items as there is nobody at the shop to accept deliveries. We cannot be held liable for lost packages. If a ring doesn’t fit please hold on to it and make sure the item is unworn. We can resize at a later date as long as there is proof of purchase.
If you’re unsure of your size please purchase a reusable ring sizer before purchasing a ring online.
Logistically this isn’t very efficient as we have to travel to the furthest south and north London and everywhere in between to collect from our jeweller’s houses. It is going to take more time to work on your orders, but we are all working together as a team to ensure you still receive your items within a reasonable timeframe. Naturally, with all our stores closed (except Tokyo) we won’t have as many orders to work on, so we hope it won’t be much longer than the usual month turnaround until you receive your items, but please bear with us while we adjust to this new way of operating.
We don’t have a fully functioning office so there will be a delay in responding to emails. Please only call if it’s urgent as calls are being diverted to our office manager Jess’ phone and she has a lot on right now.
We are unable to take payments over the phone and can only accept orders online for now.
