If your item does not fit you, the first resize is free. Simply send the jewellery back to us (using a recorded delivery service is safest), with a note containing your order number, contact information and why you have posted the item back to us and we will resize your ring to fit perfectly, free of charge. (We must charge for any subsequent resizes.)

 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are happy to give a full refund within 2 weeks (not including any shipping costs) after delivery to you on unworn and unused items. (Customer pays for the return recorded delivery).
