Received a piece of jewellery in it’s “standard size” as a gift but it doesn’t fit? Return it to the store it was purchased from so that we can measure you professionally or post the piece back to our London East store with your resize form and ring measurement – we will resize it for free.
If your loved one guessed your size or the item has been worn, there is a charge for subsequent sizings starting from £25. Please click here to pay for an additional resize and for more information on pricing.

We recommend that all items are sent recorded for security. As we are a small team and anticipate to be extremely busy in the new year, please allow 6-8 weeks for resizing. We will be taking on repairs in March 2020.
We offer an exchange or credit note on pieces that have not been worn within 28 days of purchase, or until end of January for Christmas presents. Please note we cannot exchange body jewellery such as earrings for hygiene reasons.
